By downloading or using LawnAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. The service
LawnAI provides AI-generated lawn grades and personalized lawn care plans based on photos you submit and local weather data. You are responsible for how you apply the guidance to your own lawn.
3. Subscriptions and billing
LawnAI offers auto-renewable subscriptions: $19.99 per year or $4.99 per month, each beginning with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial if not canceled). Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Informational guidance only
Lawn grades, care plans, and recommendations provided by LawnAI are for general informational purposes only and are not professional agronomy, landscaping, pest-control, or horticultural advice. Results depend on your specific lawn, soil, climate, and how treatments are applied. Always follow product labels and local regulations when applying any lawn treatment, and consult a qualified professional for serious lawn problems.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use LawnAI only for its intended purpose and not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
6. Account and data
Your account and data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and all cloud data at any time in the app under Settings → Reset.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnAI and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lawn damage resulting from following in-app recommendations.
8. Governing law
